This past semester has been very difficult for me since I was dealing with personal health issues and the loss of my grandmother. I was going through a lot and I did not know how to deal with my stress and emotions. I discovered a yoga class that was being offered at school and I noticed that it helped me feel relaxed and at peace. It took my mind off of all of the things that I was going through and really helped me take the time to focus on taking care of myself. By just taking that one hour out of my day once a week, I was able to feel better about myself and all that was going on in my life.
